What is your shipping policy?

As of May 5, 2020 , we will be shipping strictly to the following locations: North Vancouver, West Vancouver, East Vancouver, Kitsilano. To enquire about special orders outside of standard delivery options, please email explore@quintoncoastal.com and we will do our best to accommodate your special order.

How soon after I order will my package arrive?

Typically, orders will be delivered with 3-5 business days of ordering. In the coming weeks, this process will evolve to best accommodate more people in the community.

How do I order a package as a gift?

Kindly advise on your order slip under “special instructions” if there is a special day delivery request. We will do our very best to accommodate sending your package for a special occasion.
